Welcome to Hostrare. By accessing or using our website, services, and hosting accounts, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Terms & Work Orders

Development Work Orders: For custom software or dynamic website projects, a 50% initial deposit is required prior to project kickoff. The remaining balance is payable upon project completion and deployment.

Delivery & Timeline: Standard project deliverables are fulfilled within agreed working days upon receipt of the work order and assets.

2. Acceptable Use & Account Conduct

Users agree NOT to host or transmit through Hostrare infrastructure:

• Unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, or defamatory content.
• Malware, viruses, phishing pages, or unauthorized port scanning.
• Unsolicited commercial email (spam) or illegal DDoS activity.

3. Intellectual Property & Submissions

All trademarks, service marks, and proprietary materials displayed on the website belong to their respective owners. Clients retain full ownership of their hosted content and data.

4. Service Termination

Hostrare reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or fail to settle overdue billing invoices.
