General Terms and Conditions

a) Work Order:
i) Client will have to issue a Confirm Work order to Hostrare Ltd. for taking initiative to develop Dynamic Website as per work order.
ii) 50% Payment should be submitted with work order. Rest of the payment should be paid after the installation of the work.
b) Delivery & Installation:
The service delivery will be provided within 30 working days after receiving the work order.
c) Validity of proposal:
This proposal is valid for 15 days from the date of submission.
d) Service Discontinues: Hostrare Limited has the right to discontinue the service in case service payment becomes overdue by the next year.

By using the Websites, including any software and content contained therein, you agree that use of the Websites is entirely at your own risk. Customers logo, owned by respective owners, Presence does not indicate a partnership or endorsement. Customers were served directly, or served through collaboration with other firms. Hostrare Ltd does not grant to you a license to any content, features, or materials you may access on the Website. You may not download or save a copy of any of the content or screens except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions for any purpose.
