1. General Service Disclaimer
- All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
- Hostrare makes no warranties or guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or absolute data security.
- We reserve the right to suspend or modify services for operational, legal, or security reasons.
2. Force Majeure & Third-Party Dependency
Hostrare shall not be held responsible for interruptions, delays, or failures caused by:
- Fiber optic disruptions, submarine cable faults, or BTCL/local infrastructure issues.
- Satellite interference, network congestion, or upstream provider outages.
- Cyberattacks (DDoS, hacking, phishing, malware) beyond reasonable control.
- Third-party service failures (such as ICANN registries, cloud providers, or data centers).
3. Domain Registration & Management
- Domain availability and ownership are subject to registry and ICANN policies.
- Failure to renew on time may result in domain expiry or auction by the central registry.
4. Hosting & Server Services
- We maintain a 99.9% uptime target under standard SLA operating conditions.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining off-site backups of their data.
